1. Use of the Application
Rplay is an application focused on sports and football that allows users to create accounts, complete profiles, provide information and access features related to their experience within the platform.
By using the Application, you accept these Terms and agree to use the service responsibly, lawfully and respectfully, without affecting third-party rights or the proper operation of the platform.
2. User accounts
Access to certain features may require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
You must provide reasonably accurate information and keep it updated when appropriate.
3. Privacy
Use of the Application is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data. We recommend that you read it carefully.
4. Content and intellectual property
All intellectual property rights related to the Application, its design, features, brand and content, except for user-generated content, belong to Rplay or their respective owners.
Users may upload content within the Application, including profile photos, sports information, statistics and other data related to use of the platform. By doing so, you authorize Rplay to use, host, reproduce, adapt and display that content only to the extent necessary to operate and improve the Application.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload, where applicable.
5. Prohibited conduct
The following is not allowed:
- using the Application in an illegal or fraudulent manner
- impersonating another person
- accessing accounts, systems or data without authorization
- interfering with the operation of the Application
- publishing content that infringes third-party rights or is offensive, unlawful or inappropriate
- using another user's account without authorization
6. Updates and availability
Rplay may make changes, improvements, updates or adjustments to the Application at any time, including modifying, suspending or removing features temporarily or permanently.
We do not guarantee that the Application will be available without interruption or be free from errors at all times.
7. Suspension or termination
You may stop using the Application at any time.
Rplay may suspend or terminate accounts when there is a reasonable basis to do so, including, among other things, breach of these Terms, protection of platform security, detection of improper activities or compliance with legal obligations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rplay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application.
We also do not guarantee that the Application will operate without interruptions, errors or failures beyond our control.
9. Changes to these Terms
Rplay may update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are relevant, we may notify users through the Application or by other reasonable means. We recommend reviewing them periodically.
10. Governing law
These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws of Brazil, to the extent relevant according to use of the Application and the relationship with its users.
